Copyright and Content Disclaimer
No Content Hosting: Focus Grid does not host, store, or maintain any video content on our servers. All video content displayed within the App is streamed directly from YouTube and Dailymotion through their respective official APIs. When you watch a video through Focus Grid, you are accessing content directly from the original platform, and your views contribute to the publisher's official view count and engagement metrics.
Copyright Ownership: All video content, including audiovisual works, music, graphics, text, and metadata, remains the exclusive property of the original copyright holders and content publishers on YouTube and Dailymotion. Focus Grid makes no claim of ownership, authorship, or copyright interest in any third-party content displayed through the App.
Copyright Infringement Notification: If you are a copyright holder and believe that content accessible through Focus Grid infringes upon your intellectual property rights, or if such content should not be displayed within our application, please contact us immediately at contact@damodarastech.com. Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, we will promptly investigate and remove access to the disputed content within our App.

When you create an account or sign in, we collect the email address you provide. This is processed through a secure, Google-backed authentication service and is the only personal information we rely on for identity verification within the app.
Additional User Preferences
The app allows users to voluntarily choose between different content categories such as "Kids Category" or "General (13+) Category." This selection is a simple preference flag used only to tailor the type of content displayed. It does not represent or confirm the user's actual age, nor is it used for identification, profiling, or any form of personal evaluation.
How We Collect Data
Your email is collected only during sign-in through the official Google-operated authentication infrastructure. Content category preferences are provided directly by the user within the app interface and do not qualify as personal or sensitive data.
Why We Collect It
We use your email strictly for secure access and account management. The category preference you select is used solely to customize the type of content shown inside the app.
